Renovation of an existing three story, 48 unit inn located on the beach in Malibu, California. The renovation of the inn included remodeled guest rooms, a new kitchen, dining area and porte-cochere.

A six story boutique hotel, sports club and day spa. The Renaissance/ Club Sport has 174 guest rooms, fitness center with basketball and squash courts, spa, restaurant and bar.

A fifteen story condominium tower and a twelve story hotel wrap the historic Taft Building on Hollywood Boulevard. This high-rise design includes a heliport, rooftop pools, restaurants, night clubs and three floors of below grade parking to serve this complex and the Legacy Apartments.
